CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to cancel your order please email rfrosyfernandez@gmail.com as soon as possible. We try our best to ship out orders and once an order is dispatched we cannot cancel the order. Order Cancellations will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER?
Once an order is placed we are no longer able to make any changes to the order. If you wish to make order changes please contact rfrosyfernandez@gmail.com to submit a cancellation. Once the order is canceled please place an order with the correct items.
HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO PROCESS?
Upon receiving notification with your order email confirmation, your order can take between 2 – 4 business days to process and ship (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that during special promotions or sales, processing can take between 5 – 7 business days due to an influx of orders.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Shipping time depends on your selected method and delivery location. Please allow 5 – 10 business days for standard domestic shipments and 7 – 30 business days for international standard to be received.
WHY WAS I CHARGED CUSTOMS?
Any orders outside of the United States (International Orders) may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. The recipient of the order is the importer of record and is responsible for all import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. RF Rosy Fernandez does not collect duties and taxes and cannot provide any information on the cost of duty and taxes. Customs policies differ from country to country and we recommend contacting your local customs office for any additional information.

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all orders. If your order does not exceed your highest expectations, we will refund the amount for all unused, unopened merchandise from your order less shipping fees. Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the receipt of merchandise. A $5 Shipping and Handling fee is applied to all US Orders. For International Orders, please visit your local post office to process the return.

Yes, we offer a Professional Program Discount for Industry Professionals which includes licensed cosmetologists and aestheticians. The discount offered is 20% for Industry. Upon approval you will receive an email with your membership status and unique discount code.
